Dear Dr. Tom: I want to thank you for your excellent presentation, "How to Survive in
Business in the 21st Century." The audience enjoyed your engaging and
folksy style, as you provided many valuable insights and examples of
critical things businesses must do to ensure success in the long term. The
combination of your "in the trenches" business background and current work
as a business success counselor gives you credibility with the audience.
Your presentation provides a valuable resource for anyone who is
concerned about the long-term health of their business.
Sincerely,
E. Lawrence Oldfield

Dear Tom:
Your workshops on communication and team
building were just what we needed! Through your sensitivity and gentle yet
persistent prodding, everyone in our office opened up and gained valuable
insights regarding roadblocks that were keeping us from being as successful
as we wanted to be. By helping us build a much stronger foundation based on
mutual understanding with the staff, we have developed a highly cohesive
team, and most importantly, are making great progress towards achieving our
goal of a superbly functioning office.
We recommend you to any organization that is
dedicated to meeting the needs of both its customers and everyone else
inside the company, from the lowest to the highest positions.
Sincerely,
Drs. Bill and Barbara Zizic

Dear Tom,
I want to thank you for the
consultation that you completed with me last month.
As you recall we met at
your business seminar last fall, I was impressed with your work at that
time.
Your guidance through the
values scan, family strategic plan and mission statement were clearly
delineated. You provided the right balance of theory and practice that made
it possible for me to complete my work in a timely manner. As a result the
family strategic plan and mission statement are ready for mailing. Your
encouragement to complete this project is very much appreciated.
Sincerely,
Norb Teclaw

Dear Tom,
We were very pleased with
the Organizational Survey and Assessment you completed for Mutual Savings
Bank, f.s.b. (“MSB”). From start to finish, you and your company executed
this project in an organized and efficient manner. Your communication
throughout the project regarding its status was also exceptional.
The completed
Organizational Assessment for MSB was thoroughly documented and well
written. We found both the process and the completed product to be well
worth our investment.
Thank you again. We would
not hesitate to recommend you and your company to others.
Very truly yours,

To whom it may concern:
Thomas Rogers
developed a structured interview system to help select salespeople for a
chain of automotive parts warehouses headquartered in Detroit- H&H Wheel
Service, Inc. Because of his
program, the quality of salespeople our warehouse managers subsequently
selected was substantially better than before. The system was easy to use
and understand as well as effective.
Thomas conducted a training
session with our warehouse managers in order to introduce the selection
program. He was well-organized, energetic, and informative. He also
effectively utilized role plays to help our managers understand the
interview system.
In conclusion, I highly
recommend Thomas as a trainer or consultant. Because he was the President of
a family-owned business for several years, Thomas has a keen understanding
of how a business operates. In addition, his preparation, attention to
detail, and engaging speaking style is a valuable asset to companies seeking
outside assistance.
